Watershed Public Charter School (WPCS) is an environmental and arts-integrated charter school located in western Baltimore County, MD. Open since 2019, WPCS is a public school that uses a teacher created, hands-on, multidisciplinary curriculum delivered through project-based learning. We encourage students and staff to spend time engaging with our campus, outdoor classrooms, and micro-farm.
Watershed Public Charter School provides an interconnected learning environment, where hands-on exploration and creative expression foster the learning process. Our community promotes rigorous academic achievement, meaningful outdoor experiences and continuous growth for all students.
Admission is open to any county resident and selected via lottery. Currently, Watershed Public Charter School serves students in grades K-7, with 8th grade opening in Fall 2025.
